1. NO ACEHOLES: Treat everyone with kindness and respect, creating an inclusive space where all playing levels and backgrounds are welcomed both on and off the court. Network Ace will not tolerate discrimination, harassment or unsportsmanlike behavior of any kind.
    

2. COMMUNICATE MINDFULLY: Use the WhatsApp group for tennis-related updates, questions, and subjects only — keeping messages clear, considerate, and avoiding spamming or late-night notifications. When DM’ing others in the group, please be respectful of people’s personal space and details: do not harass them and do not share their personal information with anyone else.
    

3. CANCEL, DON’T GET CANCELLED: If you cannot make a session, please cancel as soon as possible to give others a chance to take your spot. Please refer to our cancellation policy to see if you are eligible for a refund. Do not try to sell your ticket on the chat. Network Ace will not accept a resold ticket.
    

4. PLAY IT SAFE: Play fairly and responsibly by respecting court rules, following community arrangements, and looking out for each other’s wellbeing during games. Any form of behavior that incites injury or is inappropriate for the tennis court will not be tolerated.
    

5. SHARE THE LOVE: Share photos and videos from events with the consent of those featured, and please avoid posting unrelated promotions, adverts, or political content to the WhatsApp group. 

If you find anyone not respecting these rules in a way that is distressing or disruptive, or you notice someone else seemingly being negatively affected by the actions of others please reach out to Julia and Ewan via WhatsApp or via hello@networkace.club. All reports will be investigated thoroughly and if any individual is found to be violating any one of these guidelines, they will be removed from the community with immediate effect.
